Who is Eligible?

You’re eligible for coverage if you’re a full-time employee, or a part-time employee working in the United States more than 22.5 hours per week. (The exception is long-term disability coverage. You need to have at least 30 hours a week to be eligibile for long-term disability benefits.)

Your Eligible Dependents

If you’re eligible you can cover your:

  • Legally married same-sex or opposite-sex spouse
  • Children up to age 26

Note: Eligible Dependents are defined differently for the Health Care and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs).
